For parenting mediation: includes all invitations to attend family dispute resolution, all attendances with parties and legal representatives, and the issue of the Section 60I Certificate.

NB. These appointments are done individually with each party, either in our office, over the phone or electronically using Microsoft Teams.

Payment Terms

• All mediation fees must be paid in full no later than seven (7) days before the scheduled intake and mediation. Mediation will not proceed unless funds have cleared into the trust account of Legal Crunch Pty Ltd.
• Any additional fees (e.g., time beyond the included hours) are invoiced after the session and payable within seven (7) days of issue.
• You consent to receive invoices and receipts electronically (email or mobile).
• Fees include up to two (2) hours of reading time. Where extensive material is provided, further reading may be charged at the agreed hourly rate and discussed in advance.

Cancellation Policy

• A non-refundable booking secures the mediation date. If one party pays all fees, the booking reflects the full-day amount for that party.
• Cancellations or failure to attend may result in forfeiture of the booking and any non-refundable portions already paid.
• Rescheduling is subject to mediator availability and may attract additional charges where extra preparation or reading is required.
• If the mediation is adjourned due to incomplete disclosure or late materials, reasonable fees for additional preparation/time may apply.
• Any exceptions are at the mediator’s discretion. Where the mediator cancels, fees for unused time will be refunded or the matter rescheduled.
